Safety Inspection of Steel wire rope pulley for crane
- Pulley can rotate agilely with hand-handling in normal working condition, and lateral swinging no more than D0/1000(D0 is the nominal diameter of pulley block).
- Cuttings and dust in the oil-way and oilhole on the shaft must be cleaned. Inspect whether oilhole and oil sink on the spacer bush between the bearings is aligned or not.
- When there are flaws on the pulley, the pulley should be discarded as useless and stopped to use.
- Radial direction of pulley rope groove abrades no more than 30% of rope diameter;
- Pulley groove wall abrades no more than 30% of original wall thickness.
- Defect area in the axle hole is less than 0.25cm square, depth no more than 4mm.
