The anode block stacking crane is a special transloading equipment in carbon block warehouse carbon factory, and the equipment is mainly composed of crane span structure, crane traveling mechanism, lifting mechanism, guide device, clamp device, controlling system and electric hoist. The crane is used for grasping and transporting raw and cooked blocks and other sporadic lifting in anode block storage. The clamp device grab 19 or 21 longitudinal anode carbon block at a time for stacking and loading, it also remove the wasting blocks and insert qualified blocks.
The machine adopts dual drive and the whole machine adopts the control of frequency inversion and PLC. The actions of crane are all operated in the operating house, and the operating house is equipped with air-conditioning device that regulates heat and cold.
