The Electrolytic Aluminum Multi-Function Crane Group is a key craft equipment of large-scale prebake anode aluminium electrolysis production. It can adapt special environment of high temperature, large current, high magnetic fields, much dust and HF smoke, and it can complete the following craft operation of prebake anode electrolytic bath:
1. Open the electrolyte crust.
2. Add the electrolyte of aluminium oxide and fluoride salt into electrolytic bath.
3. Unscrew and tighten a small box jig, lift the anode scrap, then change the new anode.
4. Remove the anode scrap and crusting from anode so as to install new anode
5. Vacuum pumping, TAP, lifting, calculating and display, then implement print.
6. Lifting and installing anode busbar and elevating frame.
7. Complete the installation and maintenance of upper structure of electrolytic bath and lower pot shell and other scattered lifting.
The machine is composed of crane travel mechanism, bridge, tool trolley, aluminum trolley, hydro pneumatic system and electronic control system. Its core is tool trolley and is composed of trolley traveling mechanism, trolley frame, tool slewing mechanism, crust breaking mechanism, anode replacement mechanism, slag extractor mechanism, blanking mechanism and cab turn mechanism. The whole machine adopts the control of frequency conversion and PLC. The operation mode of whole machine is operated by operating house and remote control, these two modes can coordinate each other, and it also is independent control. The machine is widely used in electrolytic aluminum industry and welcomed by users.
